Buying a whole beef share will stock your freezer with our high quality grass fed and grass fininished meat. The amount of beef depends slightly varies for different animals but will put between 200 - 400 pounds of beef in your freezer. Once you reserve your share we will confirm the butcher date and send you a cut sheet. You will be able to select the cuts you want from your half steer and our butcher will cut it to your specifications.

Initial deposit of $200 is required to reserve your whole beef. The total which is $4.00 per pound of the hanging weight along with the butchering fees are due at pick up. You can expect the total cost of the steer and butchering fees to be between $2000 and $2650 depending on the size of the steer.
